1. What are holistic services, and how does it work?
Paiges approach to wholistic services is a hands-on approach to realigning your body by addressing imbalances in the body.
My goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your body and achieve a sense of balance and freedom.
2. How is OMT different?
While many therapeutic approaches aim to restore balance and improve quality of life, a holistic practitioner focuses more closely on the entire structure and the human being that lives in it.
3. What issues can you help with?
As a holistic practitioner I can support those who are navigating:
- Chronic pain (neck, shoulders, back, hips)
- Postural imbalances and poor alignment
- Recovery from injuries or surgeries
- Tension and stress stored in the body
- Limited mobility or flexibility
- Digestive discomfort
- Headaches or migraines
If you’re not sure if these holistic services can help, reach out—I’m happy to discuss your specific needs.
4. What will happen during my session?
We’ll start with a conversation about your goals and concerns, followed by a full-body assessment to identify areas of tension or imbalance. I’ll use a hands on approach to assess restrictions and guide your body toward better alignment. Sessions are collaborative—you’ll always have a say in your comfort level, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
5. Will the treatment hurt?
Most clients describe the experience as deeply relieving, even when working with areas of tension. I always work within your comfort zone. You should at no point be in pain.
Holistic techniques are highly adaptable, making them comfortable for people of all ages.
6. How many sessions will I need?
- Sessions are tailored to your goals and progress. Some clients feel noticeable improvements after just one or two visits, while others benefit from ongoing care. I have found that offering a series of between 10-15 sessions each with a unique focus on different parts of the body is enough to get people to a more comfortable resting place in their body. However, you don’t have to commit to the full series—I’m happy to work with you for as many sessions as you need. It’s best we discuss 1-1 what your goals are and how to best get you set up for success.
7. Do you work with children or pregnant clients?
Yes! Children can be supported with holistic services for posture, scoliosis, growing pains, or sports injuries. For pregnant clients, these treatments can support common discomforts like lower back pain, sciatica, or pelvic tension. Sessions are always tailored to ensure safety and comfort.
8. What makes your practice unique?
I combine the science of alignment with an experienced and individualized approach. My goal is not only to ease pain but also to help you feel truly at home in your body. Whether you’re looking to address a specific issue or simply improve how you move through life, I will work with you to create an environment for you to heal and thrive.
9. Is this covered by insurance?
Holistic services are often considered a complementary therapy and might not be covered by insurance. If cost is a barrier please reach out to discuss sliding scale options.
